Objective
This article provides guidance to Outreach users on how to filter and view ‘skipped tasks’.

Note: Some Outreach Views and Options require admin-level governance permissions. If the options outlined in this article are unavailable, contact the Org's Outreach Administrator as applicable. For more information regarding governance profile settings, refer to the Governance Profile Settings Overview article.
Procedure
- Access the Tasks section under Activity.
- Select the 'State is skipped' filter as well as any other applicable filters, ie: owner, sequence, due date, etc.
- Select the desired tasks and click on the '3 dots menu' and 'Export tasks' if needed.
- You can also Save/Share the new smart View and set it as default.
