How to identify prospects or accounts in Outreach that are not synchronized with your CRM

Objective

This article provides instructions on how to locate prospects or accounts within Outreach that are not currently synced with your CRM.
 

Applies to

  • Outreach Users

Procedure

  1. Log in to your Outreach account.
  2. Go to Prospect or Account menu.
  3. Click on 'Add Filter' and select 'Integration record type is empty'.

Note: You can add or remove any applicable filters if needed and you'll notice a greyed out cloud icon in the record status, confirming that records are not synced.
