Objective
This article explains how to associate an Outreach account with a Slack channel and configure which notifications are delivered to that channel. When a configured notification is triggered — for example, a Kaia meeting summary after a call — its content is automatically posted to the selected Slack channel.

Before You Begin
Ensure the following are in place before configuring account-level Slack notifications:
- The Slack integration must be connected to your Outreach org. Contact your Outreach Admin if you are unsure whether Slack is connected
- You must have edit permissions on the account you want to configure
Procedure
- Log in to Outreach as User.
- Click Accounts.
- Navigate to the account you want to configure in Outreach and open its details page.
- On the account details page, find the Slack notifications panel below account name in the top right corner. This is where you associate the account with a Slack channel.
- Use the channel autocomplete field to search for and select the Slack channel where notifications should be delivered. You can select any public channel.
- Select the notification types you want delivered to the chosen channel. Currently supported:
- Kaia meeting summary — triggered automatically after a call associated with the account. Delivers a summary of the call, generated by Kaia, directly to the selected Slack channel.
- Click Save.
When a selected notification is triggered for this account, its content will be posted to the configured Slack channel automatically.
Each account can be associated with one Slack channel. If your team uses dedicated deal channels in Slack, this is the recommended place to route Kaia meeting summaries for that account.
