Answer
There is currently no way to set per-user AI credit limits (e.g., 500 credits per user) in Outreach. Credits are purchased and managed at the account level, and the platform does not support enforcing hard caps per individual user.
Here's what you can do with the required user profile to control the pilot:
1. Access Control via Profiles
- "Can create" — Keep this unchecked so SDRs can only use the pre-built agents, not create their own.
- "Can run research agents" — Enable this so users can execute pre-made agents without being able to create or modify them.
- Similarly, you can grant or deny access to AI Personalized Content through the profile's permissions.

2. Monitoring Credit Usage
- The AI Credit Metering Dashboard (Administration → Organization → AI metering) gives you real-time visibility into who is consuming what, broken down by user and action type.
- While this allows monitoring, it does not enforce hard limits — you would need to manually review usage and follow up with users as needed.
