Objective

The AI Credit Metering Dashboard gives admins at-a-glance insight into how AI credits are being consumed. It breaks down usage by date, action type (e.g., email generation, AI agents' usage), and user, helping admins enforce budgets and forecast needs.

Applies To

  • Outreach Admins
  • Admins using the Amplify package and responsible for managing AI credit consumption across their instances.

Before you begin

  • This functionality is only available to instances with the Amplify package turned on.

Procedure

  2. Click Administration > Organization > AI metering.

  • View purchase history
    • View historical credit purchase
  • Request credits

Amplify credits usage is divided into two main categories:

  • AI generated messages
    • e.g.: Personalized emails and other personalized messages
  • AI research action
    • e.g.: Research agent searches and other Research agent AI actions.

Each main category includes several subcategories. The charts display credit consumption over time and usage distribution, are organized by main category. The user actions table shows how many credits each user consumed within each subcategory.

Governance

Control which user profiles can access the AI Metering dashboard with profile governance.

  1. Click Administration > User management > Access control Profiles tab [profile of choice] Allow access to AI Credit Consumption dashboard
