Sales teams can now filter accounts based on Account Teams and assigned Job Roles, making it easier to identify and prioritize key accounts.
Key features and benefits include:
- Filter by Account Team: View all accounts where you or your colleague are a member of an Account Team.
- Filter by Job Role: View all accounts based on your or your colleague’s assigned role.
The Job Role filter is available to customers using Multi-User Assignment (MUA), Account Teams, or both. The Account Team filter is only available to customers who have set up Account Teams. Account Plan Status
Stay on top of your team’s progress with account planning.
Summary
Easily report on which accounts have plans and when they were last updated to ensure top accounts always have a strategy in place. Full details are available in the Smart Account Plan Overview.

A new “Account Plan Updated” column in the accounts list page displays the last update date of an Account Plan. Additionally, the new “Account Plan Last Update” filter allows users to identify accounts with no Account Plan started, locate accounts by the last update date, and quickly find accounts with no updates in a certain timeframe. Tracking will begin once the feature is released. While past updates won’t be included, you’ll be able to report on all updates going forward.
Admins can configure the Account Plan layout for their organization to ensure accurate tracking. By default, Outreach’s Smart Account Plan layout is applied. To learn more, view the support article.
Account Plan Tile Templates
Customize your Account Plan’s tile templates for greater flexibility over account planning.
Summary
Users can now configure templates for blueprint tiles globally and custom text block tiles per layout, ensuring sellers are providing exactly the information needed for the business. Full details are available in the Smart Account Plan Overview.

This capability allows admins to modify templates for blueprint tiles (Strategic Initiatives and Engagement Strategy) and custom text block tiles, ensuring only relevant information is completed. Changes to blueprint tile templates apply globally to all layouts, while changes to custom text block tile templates affect only the layout they’re in.
Users with the “create tile layouts” permission can make changes to templates. These enhancements provide greater control over account planning while maintaining structured governance and user permissions. To learn more, view the support article.
Trigger Enhancements
Use advanced operators for custom fields and additional trigger task assignments for more precise workflows.

- You can now use operators like "greater than" and "less than" for numeric custom fields.
- Custom date fields now support operators like "is," streamlining time-sensitive workflows.
- String, picklist, and other text fields now offer consistent operator options, just like standard fields.
- Assign actions to the account and opportunity owner, in addition to the prospect owner, using triggers to ensure automated work distribution.
- When a trigger’s source object is an Opportunity, the Opportunity ID is now automatically linked to sequence and task actions to ensure users have insight into how actions are influencing opportunity progress. This means that you can now filter tasks or sequences created with triggers by the opportunity associated with them.

Improvements to the logic used when attributing meetings to Sequences and specific Sequence Steps are being made to more accurately represent the relationship between meetings booked and Sequence activity. The logic impacting this view, where you can see meetings tied to specific Sequence steps, will be rolled out in this release. The logic impacting the Sequence Performance Report, where you can see how many meetings a specific Sequence has generated, will be updated in a subsequent release.
- In case the prospect books a meeting via a link in a Sequence email, the meeting will be attributed to the corresponding email step in the Sequence, regardless of what step of the Sequence the prospect is currently in when the reply is received.
- In case the meeting is booked while a sequence-related call is in progress, the meeting will be associated with that call step.
- In case a meeting is booked and not yet tied to an email or ongoing call, the meeting will be associated with the last completed Sequence-related task within the past 30 days.
- In case a meeting is booked and the prospect is not in a sequence, the meeting will be attributed to the last completed Sequence-related within the past 30 days.
- In case a meeting is booked and the prospect is in multiple sequences, the meeting will be attributed to the last completed Sequence-related task.
Updated Reporting Navigation
Navigate reporting using Outreach’s left navigation.

Select any team you want to apply the setting to and check the box for the “Employee data privacy” option. This will enable the feature for this team.
