Objective
This article explains how to use the Configurable Tile Layouts feature on the Deal Overview page. This feature allows users to build personalized views of deal information by creating, arranging, and managing custom layouts using tiles. Instead of a fixed page layout, users can now choose which tiles to display, drag and drop them into a preferred order, and save multiple layouts for different workflows
Applies To
This feature applies to the following users:
- Sales Representatives who use the Deal Overview page to manage and track individual deals
- Sales Managers and Deal Managers who need a high-level or specialized view of deal progress
- Sales Leaders who require visibility into deal health, engagement, and AI-generated summaries
- Administrators who manage company-wide layout defaults and control layout permissions via Profile Permissions settings
Before You Begin
Before creating or modifying tile layouts, ensure the following:
- You have access to the Deal Overview page within the platform.
- If you want to share layouts company-wide, confirm with your Administrator that your user profile has layout sharing permissions enabled.
- If you are an Administrator setting default layouts for your organization, navigate to Administration > Access Control > Layouts before proceeding.
- Familiarize yourself with the available tiles (listed in the Procedure section) to plan your layout in advance.
Procedures
Admin Permissions
Setting a Default Layout for the Organization
Navigate to Administration in the left-hand menu.
- Click Access Control > Layouts.
- Under Default tile layouts, locate the Opportunity overview section.
- Use the dropdown to select the desired layout to set as the company default.
- Click Save. The selected layout will now be the default view for all users in the organization (unless a user has set their own personal default).
Configuring Layout Permissions
Navigate to Administration > Access Control > Profiles.
- Select the user profile you wish to configure.
- Locate the layout permissions settings.
- Enable or disable the ability to create and share layouts for that profile as needed.
- Save your changes.

- Close Date

User Configuration
Creating a New Layout
Open the Deal Overview page for any opportunity.
- Click on the layout selector dropdown (labeled with the current layout name, e.g., "Opportunity overview").
- Select Create new layout.
- Enter a name for the layout.
- Select the tiles you want to include from the available tile list (see Available Tiles below).
- Click Save to store the new layout.
Customizing a Layout
Once a layout is created or an existing layout is open in edit mode:
- Drag and drop tiles to reorder them on the page.
- Resize tiles as needed to fit your workflow.
- Add headings to group related tiles together.
- Collapse sections you do not need to reduce scrolling.
- Click Save when finished.
Managing Layouts
The following management actions are available for layouts you own:
- Clone: Duplicate an existing layout to create a similar one without starting from scratch.
- Share: Share a layout with the whole company, or keep it private.
- Set as Default: Set a layout as your default so it opens automatically each time you visit the Deal Overview page.
- Rename: Give the layout a new name.
- Delete: Remove layouts you no longer need.
