Trigger Offsets
Outreach processes trigger actions right away when the offset is set to 0; however, Opportunity Triggers require a small delay since Prospects associated with an Opportunity may need time to be created. These triggers have a minimum offset of 1 minute. Further, all offset triggers are checked on a rolling 5-minute frequency, which means an Opportunity Trigger could perform its action between 1 to 6 minutes after the Event which caused the Trigger to fire.
