What is the difference between finishing and removing prospects from sequences?

Answer

Removing prospects from a sequence completely pulls them from the sequence and removes any activity connection between the prospect and the sequence, while finishing them will stop them in the sequence and keep all activities within the sequence.

Additional Information

Note that removing prospects from a sequence may also impact the reporting and will also allow you to add them back into that sequence again if needed - assuming the sequence ruleset allow it.
