Before You Begin
- AI Topics Explorer insight is based off Kaia custom topics
- Amplify is required for AI Topics Explorer
Procedures
Feature Enablement
- Log in to Outreach as an Admin.
- Click Administration > User Management > Access Control.
- Select a profile.
- Navigate to AI topics explorer.
- Toggle Can view AI topics explorer insights.
- Click Save.
Using AI Topics Explorer
- Log into Outreach as a user.
- Click Kaia > AI Topic Explorer.
Insight from AI Topic Explorer will populate. The system analyzes your conversations across deals to identify when these topics are mentioned and tracks how often they appear, along with associated win rates. Across these conversations, the system highlights recurring patterns — such as how buyers evaluate solutions, common objections, and how sellers position value. Based on these patterns, the system suggests actions to help improve outcomes — such as refining positioning, addressing common objections, or adjusting how products are discussed in deals.
