Objective
The purpose of this article is to provide direction to Outreach Users in troubleshooting the Outreach Everywhere Chrome extension.

Before You Begin
- Outreach advises Users to complete, save, log, and close any important information prior to starting this process as system restarts and browser updates are required steps in the troubleshooting process.
- The Outreach Everywhere extension only supports Google Chrome browser versions.
- Enabling the extension in Incognito Mode is required to complete this process.
- Confirm network environment and bandwidth issues are not present prior to completing this process.
- Outreach does not support troubleshooting third-party, non-Outreach extensions.
Note: Currently, Outreach Support AI Assistant and contact options are not available in the Outreach Everywhere extension. Please log in to the Outreach web application (which also provides access to live chat and voice support) or the Outreach Support Portal (from which you can open a help request through our web form or our AI Assistant).
Procedure
- Click the Outreach Everywhere icon and determine if the extension loads:
If the extension... Then... Loads Proceed to Step 4. Does not load - Restart Google Chrome.
- Proceed to Step 2.
- Determine if Google Chrome is up-to-date:
If Chrome is... Then... Up-to-date Proceed to Step 4. Out-of-date - Update Google Chrome.
- Proceed to Step 3.
- Click the Outreach Everywhere icon and determine if the extension loads:
If the extension... Then... Loads - Issue resolved.
- No further action is required.
Does not load Proceed to Step 4. - Access Incognito Mode.
- Click the Outreach Everywhere icon and determine if the extension loads:
If the extension... Then... Loads Proceed to Step 6. Does not load - Contact Outreach Support.
- No further action is required.
- Clear the browser cache.
- Restart Google Chrome and continue in normal mode.
- Click the Outreach Everywhere icon and determine if the extension loads:
If the extension... Then... Loads - Issue resolved.
- No further action is required.
Does not load Contact Outreach Support, No further action is required, Note: Include the completed troubleshooting steps in the support ticket as applicable.
