Objective
Learn which information and supporting documents you need to register a Spanish national phone number, and how to submit them.
Spain has introduced new rules that take effect on October 17, 2026. Commercial calls must come from 400 prefix numbers, and calls from non-compliant ranges will be blocked after that date. Continued usage of your existing numbers may also result in fines.

FAQ
Can I use a PO Box as my address?
No. Both Business and Individual registrations require an address within Spain that isn't a PO Box.
Which documentation type should I choose?
Choose Business if you're registering the number for your company, and provide your CIF. Choose Individual if you're registering the number under your own name, and provide your DNI, NIF, or NIE.
Can I still purchase and/or use Spanish local or mobile numbers?
No, due to the recent legislation change, we are no longer able to provide these numbers. All calls through Outreach must come from a number in the 400 range.
