In addition to a blank slate for new layouts, two default layouts are also provided: Performance and Team Activity which track your rep leaderboard and daily activity. Analyze sequence performance by user or account and with an expanded set of metrics.
Summary
The Sequence Performance Report can now be pivoted to use either ‘User’ or ‘Account’ as the primary dimension for analysis, and new metrics have been made available for use in the analytics table.

When using the date filter in the Sales Execution Report, the values returned are now all based on a 24-hour update in UTC (global time standard), allowing for a consistent experience across the report. The "Opportunities Created" section was previously based on browser (local) time zone. No action is required on a user’s end to update the time zone, this change will happen automatically.

With this update, admins can now easily import Account Products and Purchases from Salesforce and sync updates and changes. Determine which fields will be synced and whether it will be a one way or bi-directional sync. Sellers can track this purchase data at the account level, which can be used to build target whitespace lists or trigger timely actions related to renewals, onboarding, expiring competitor contracts, and more. Additionally, we now also support the import of purchases via CSV file upload.

Triggers can now be used to assign a task to a team member with a specific job role, for example, a CSM who is working on an opportunity. Automate the assignment of task owners and sequencers by job role when adding a prospect to a sequence or creating tasks through triggers.

Enhanced Side Panel for Account Views
View key details in the updated side panel of all account views.

The updated side panel we introduced with the Smart Account Plan now applies to all Account views, making it easier to stay on top of key account details.

The new side panel offers reps immediate access to crucial account information, such as open opportunities, past and upcoming engagements (including scheduled meetings and pending tasks), and more. Users can quickly hover over each item for extra insights or dive deeper for detailed information.
Unlike the old side panel, which displayed all Account fields (both standard and custom), the new side panel focuses on key details. To view additional fields, you can leverage the customizable Account Details Tile—a table that can be tailored to show important account data like Employee Count, Company Type, and Revenue. These details are pulled from Outreach, your CRM, or Crunchbase. Users can create multiple versions of the tile with different field combinations and configurations to suit their needs.
Favorite Meeting Types
View your favorite meeting types at the top of the meeting type drop-down to save time scrolling.
Summary
Any meeting type you’ve favorited will now show up at the top of the meeting type picker when you’re scheduling a meeting, making it faster for you to find the meeting types you use most often.

API Enhancement
Improve performance and get faster response time.
Summary
The default behavior for collection queries will exclude automatic counting unless explicitly requested. This means that by default, collection queries will no longer perform resource counting, resulting in faster response times.

To ensure a smooth transition, we are implementing this change in two phases:
- All new OAuth applications registered after October 13, 2024, will have the &count=false behavior applied by default. If your integration requires the count value in the response meta section, you must explicitly add the &count=true query parameter to your collection queries. Learn more here.
- Existing OAuth applications will continue to use the current default behavior until February 12, 2025. Please review your API integrations and append the &count=true parameter to your collection queries where the count value in the response meta section is expected. On February 12, 2025, collection queries will no longer perform resource counting by default.
The easiest way to check the default mode of request processing for your application is to assert the response to a sample query (replace accounts with the resource type your app has access to). You can find an example here.

Task API Enhancements
Improve performance and get faster response time.
Summary
To improve reporting and revenue attribution, a validation rule has been added at the API level to ensure that when creating a task and associating it with a prospect and opportunity, the prospect and opportunity are correctly linked in Outreach.

The new validation rules have been added to Task API v2, which is used to create and associate tasks with opportunities, prospects, or both. These validations are applied at the API level and are designed to ensure that only valid, correctly linked prospect-opportunity pairs are accepted when creating tasks. If the prospect and opportunity are not directly associated, or the prospect’s account ID doesn’t match the opportunity’s account ID, the Task API will return an error message, blocking the creation of the task. This ensures that only valid prospect-opportunity associations are used.
